No Update on Bag Order Placed on 12 August 2025 via Pay Just Now
On 12 August 2025, I placed an order for a laptop bag with Dirty Leather. On 26 August, two weeks later, I followed up via WhatsApp and was informed that my order had been received.
Since then, I have not received any updates regarding the status or dispatch of my order. I have attempted to contact the supplier multiple times via WhatsApp, email, and their landline, but unfortunately, there has been no response.
This lack of communication is unacceptable and has caused me significant concern about the order. I kindly request that Dirty Leather provide an immediate update on my order, including the expected delivery timeline. If the order has already been dispatched, I expect tracking details to be shared.
I hope this matter can be resolved promptly to avoid further escalation.

It has now been over two weeks, and I have still not received any updates regarding the status of my order.I have made several attempts to follow up with the supplier directly via their landline, WhatsApp, and email, but unfortunately, none of these channels have been responsive. This lack of communication has left me very concerned about the order. If Pay Just Now is unable to assist in resolving this matter with the supplier, I kindly request that my order be cancelled and that I be fully reimbursed for the amount paid. I trust that this request will be treated with urgency, both to protect my consumer rights and to preserve the reputation of the platforms and brands involved.
