Refund has never been received. Empty promises.

Disa-Movers were meant to pick up my goods in December and closer to the time they kept giving me stories. When trying to get hold of them, they would not answer the phone and the number only works via Whatsapp. The landline does not connect at all.

They told me that they could not collect my load as a previous load was unsuccessful. They asked if I wanted to reschedule or a refund and I opted for a refund. They have given me multiple dates as to when payment would be made but to date I have still not received my money and the payment date keeps moving.
