Like Yolanda I had the same experience. But Hello Peter keeps removing my post as it's being disputed by the company. R11 800 down the drain. Do not use this company. They blocked me because I persisted. Legal action to follow.
Disa-Movers were meant to pick up my goods in December and closer to the time they kept giving me stories. When trying to get hold of them, they would not answer the phone and the number only works via Whatsapp. The landline does not connect at all. They told me that they could not collect my load as a previous load was unsuccessful. They asked if I wanted to reschedule or a refund and I opted for a refund. They have given me multiple dates as to when payment would be made but to date I have still not received my money and the payment date keeps moving. Do your research.
Disa-Movers aka SA Multiload Red flags: Look at the dates of the "good"reviews. Look at when the accounts were set up. Look at how many reviews each of them has given: 1 Then look at Alfred L who apparently moved twice in the space of a few months and used Disa-Movers on one occasion and then SA-Multiload on another. The review shared by Melandri on the SA Multiload site and others is near identical to what I experienced. Similar excuses, similar delays and an offer to refund and 2 months later still waiting. This under a different brand called SA-Multiload. I believe they are the same company as I reached out to someone else who was helped by "Lisa" from SA Multiload and saw some similarities on their invoice details. How did I make this connection? As mentioned you will see the only good review from ALFRED was also given to Disa-Movers. Logically, how would someone relocate twice in the span of a few months. This is a proper ****. In the beginning they were very professional and then the issues came closer to the move, I too had to be out of my place by a certain date and had to make alternative arrangements which cost me a fortune. Try calling the number provided on the website and on whatsapp and no don't call on Whatsapp, try an actual call...........You're welcome! Your day will come!

Once again my debit order (my promise) has been taken, and once again my internet has been lost(their promise). If this is going to happen every month then I may as well cancel. On a very busy Monday i have to cancel meetings with my clients because my internet is gone making me look like a mickey-mouse company. This is very disappointing. I gave Rain the benefit of the doubt on 3 occasions. Call centre confirms money has been taken but not received as yet. WHY NOT GIVE THE MONEY TIME TO REFLECT BEFORE SUSPENDING SERVICE!!!
I have logged a ticket on the useless ai bot, got a ticket with no followup. Called the call center twice.... No help. They promised to call back in 10 minutes. Two hours later, no call. Trued calling again and got told the call center is unavailable. I have lost connectivity and lost money due to my reduced billable hours with my overseas company. Payment is up to date. Prior to this I had to travel to the store 3 times to get the initial upgrade active. This is pathetic!!
Never use this company or finance any products that are financed by this company. The interest rate provided is basically the highest legally allowed, and they do not take into account your credit score. When asking for financial assistance due to a change in circumstance, no assistance could be offered. This is the 2nd time using them. The first being over 10 years ago. Had I remembered my experience, I would not have taken out the product being financed by them.
I will be closing down my Edgars account which I have had for close to a decade, due to the fact that they have handed their books over to RCS. This is the worst financial institution I have ever dealt with. Prior to Edgars, I had multiple issues after missing payment dates by 1 or 2 days on my Game and Galaxy&Co account, where my credit score was affected, and it is so difficult to have this rectified. Even closing down the account was an issue as those accounts showed a R0 balance, it appeared as open YEARS after. Game: Closed. Reason: RCS. Galaxy&Co:Closed. Reason: RCS. Edgars:Soon to be closed. Reason:RCS!!!! So Companies, feel free to hand your books over to RCS, but remember.....the PIE is limited in size, so look forward to shrinking your Client base as a result of a 3rd Party.
