The review shared by Melandri is near identical to what I experienced. Similar excuses, similar delays and an offer to refund and 2 months later still waiting. This under a different brand called Disa-Movers. I believe they are the same company as I reached out to someone else who was ****med by "Lisa" from SA Multiload and saw some similarities on their invoice details. How did I make this connection, you will see the only good review from ALFRED was also given to Disa-Movers. Logically, how would someone relocate twice in the span of a few months. This is proper ****. In the beginning they were very professional and then the issues came closer to the move, I too had to be out of my place by a certain date and had to make alternative arrangements which cost me a fortune. Your day will come!

My 1st review was sent on 28 Aug 2025. It is now 24th December 2025 and they still have not refunded me. They never arrived to transport my furniture, which I had to pay in advance. R3500 gone, stollen by these *******. They promised and promised and eventually I was blocked on phone and email. Please don't ever make use of these people. I will not be surprised if they opened another company under another name. I know them as SA-Multiload, Cross Country Removals, Plot 130 Farm 2, BO KARATARA ROAD, SEDGEFIELD, WESTERN CAPE. Her name is Lisa and she is a **** and a thieve. I hope you have a better Christmas than I do thieve, I hope you can sleep at night, and I hope most of all that you give praise to God every night. This company needs to be reported to the authorities. I went on Bark.com to get quotes to move my household items. I got a quote from SA Multiload for R3500 and I got a quote from another company for R7800. It sounded too good to be true so I questioned Lisa on WhatsApp. I read 3 reviews that were amazing on Hellopeter for this company. I had a look at the website but no company registration details, VAT number etc. Lisa said they are not in the business of ****ming people and she sent me 3 pictures of trucks. She also said I could pay 50% upon confirmation and 50% upon delivery of the goods. It did not ease my mind but I still went for it. I paid the 50% deposit and arrangement was for the truck to arrive at 8am on Tuesday August 26th. Just after 8am, no truck so I contacted Lisa who advised they are running late and can only come to me tomorrow. I said this is unacceptable since I gave the landlord the move out date as August 26th and I had already rented a place in Cape Town from the 26th. Lisa asked if I want a refund to which I advised yes. She sent me the refund form, again no company registration/VAT details on the invoice (the form was the invoice sent previously which now had a refund section), I completed it with my bank details and that was the last I heard from this **** of a company. This was August 28th. Sent multiple WhatsApp messages and called but nothing. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT, BOOK OR EVEN ENTERTAIN THIS COMPANY! They are ****mers after reading reviews and the modus operandi is the same. The 3 amazing reviews have disappeared and in their place, legit reviews. I always think - if it is too good to be true, it is usually not true. I did not listen to my gut when it was shouting at me to not go with this **** of a company. I had to scramble last minute to find another company to pick-up my goods and drop them off to my new place. I contacted the other company that quoted me and to my luck, they had a truck a few hours away from me. I paid them the full amount, the truck arrived at 2pm, goods got loaded on the truck and they were out by 2:45pm, goods delivered on Wednesday August 28th. Now, this is what I call a legit company that kept to its promise not SA MULTILOAD who are a ****mer. DO NOT FALL FOR SA MULTILOADS BS!!!! I wish I had listened to my gut.....

I am extremely disappointed with the service—or lack thereof—from SA Multiloads. After paying a deposit of R3500 for a service that was promised, the company completely vanished. It has now been over two months, and not only was the service never delivered, but I have also received no communication or refund. Attempts to contact SA Multiloads have been utterly futile. They do not respond to calls, emails, or messages, and there seems to be no way to reach them. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and cheated. I trusted this company with my money, and they have failed to uphold even the most basic standards of customer service and accountability. I am posting this review to warn others—do not engage with SA Multiloads unless you want to risk losing your money. I sincerely hope this public report prompts them to take responsibility and return my deposit.

I had to get quotes for a move from a few companies. SA Multiload quoted me a reasonable amount and I chose to use them for my move. Lisa was very persistent on getting the booking and the confirmation and she sent through all the correct details. I sent them the proof of payment on 14/08/2025. I wanted to the move to be loaded on the Friday and delivered on the Saturday, which they very conveniently agreed to. On the 21/08/2025 I got the following message: "Goeie more wk gaan nie vamdag op knatoor wees nie maar is beskikbaar vir whatsapp boodskappe. Ek laat weet vroeg dat Ander klient nie vandag hulle vrag kan aanvaar nie. Dit beteken ons gaan eers Saterdag u trek kan laai ongeveer 10am. Ons vra om verskoning vir vertraging maar dit is buite ons beheer. ☘️ veryrou u sal dit so kan reel." This was still acceptable as she assured me that they will pick up and drop my move off on the Saturday. On the Friday I wanted to confirm the pick up time and Lisa told me that she would let me know early the next morning as the driver was in the Garden Route. This was absolutely unacceptable as I had to start working the Monday at my new job which I told Lisa. I requested a refund to my account which she very conveniently said couldn't be done it had to be done by the account that made the payment. In a rush I had to make another plan to get my move loaded as I gave notice. On the Monday I contacted Lisa again for my refund with the correct banking details, she sent me a refund form which I completed and sent back to her with an urgency that the refund had to be done immediately. She then very conveniently informed me of the 30day refund policy on the refund form I completed. I accepted this and gave her time to make the refund. Today it is more than the 30 days since I have sent her the refund. Please stay away and don't fall for her sweet talks and the good price she allegedly offers. They are a huge ****. I am very upset about this and I don't mind taking this further. Lisa please pay my refund back.

I’m writing this to warn others about SA Multiload, a company that appears to be operating *****ulently. They quote every customer a flat rate of R7000 for furniture removals, and demand an immediate R3500 deposit to secure the booking. Once the deposit is paid, the problems begin. There are no trucks, no service, and absolutely no communication. They cancel at the last minute or simply disappear. Phones are switched off, emails go unanswered, and WhatsApp messages are ignored. No one receives their deposit back. They claim there’s a 30-day refund policy, but it’s just a stalling tactic. Many customers have waited far longer with no resolution. It’s a ****, plain and simple. I urge everyone to stay far away from SA Multiload. They are taking advantage of people in vulnerable situations, especially those who are relocating and under pressure. I’ve since discovered multiple similar complaints from other victims online. If you’ve been affected, report them to the Consumer Protection Directorate and SAPS, and share your story to help prevent others from falling into the same trap.

My first review was sent on 28 August 2025, see below I truly hope no one ever make use of this company. Now almost a month has gone by and still I have not received my deposit back. R3500 is a lot of money to lose for a pensioner, and I will fight these people on social media till the day I die. The night before they were "supposed" to collect my furniture, I received a WhatsUp from Lisa to inform me that they can't make it the next day, they never even had the decency to phone me, and yes... then they switch off all communication. I had to organize transport overnight and paid a huge amount of money (which I don't have). Shame on U SA-Multiload. Lisa eventually informed me they will refund me within 30days. 30Days my ass Lisa, you know, and I know that you are just a bunch of ****mers. Again - Shame on you!!! If I don't have my money in my account by Friday the 26 September, I promise to go on social media. Elize, a very, very unhappy customer It is now Thursday 28/8/2025. SA MULTILOAD was arranged to pick up my furniture tomorrow 29/8/2025. At 6 o'clock tonight I received a WhatsApp from Lisa, to inform me that they will not be able to make it tomorrow morning. This is after I confirmed the collection on 14/8/2025. I gave notice, I have to be out tomorrow, because the new occupants must move in. Now what?! They don't even have the decency to reply to my mail. No... They switched their phone off. People please don't E V E R make use of these people Elize, a very unhappy client

On 21 August 2025, I paid a deposit of R3,500 to SA Multiload for a furniture move from Somerset West to Roodepoort. We agreed that the truck would arrive at 08:00 on Saturday, 30 August to begin loading. That morning, no one showed up. No call, no message—just complete silence. We were forced to move all our belongings onto the pavement ourselves because the cleaners were scheduled for 11:00 and the new tenants were arriving at 14:00. I tried contacting Lisa, who initially ignored all my calls and WhatsApp messages. Only after 10:00 did I receive a brief WhatsApp saying the driver couldn’t make the trip. No apology. No alternative plan. Just a message. Since then, I’ve been trying to get my deposit refunded. It’s now been weeks, and I’m still waiting for the R3,500 they took without providing any service. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I trusted SA Multiload with my move and they failed me completely. I demand a full refund and accountability for the stress and inconvenience caused.
