I hope this email finds you well, Please see below conversation between my self Nduduzo Madondo and the Discovery Consultant with his manager Trishen . As they want me to pay for their mistake. please assist me to resolve the below problem. Because they are ignoring me now.

My name is Nduduzo Madondo, my claim number is 2434318. I have received a call from Avis saying I'm owing R2441.00. for caters car, I was not informed to take a rental back to avis until I called to extend the rental. Clint Joseph was handling my case but he did not call me or send me an email that I must take the car back. Please pay Avis.

Kindly find attached email which Clint Joseph sent regarding the rental vehicle extension being declined by management on the 06th April.
AVIS would bill you for the rental days from the 06th April until the vehicle was returned to them.

I find it so unfair to me because I was not informed to take arental back, Clint Joseph was supposed to tell me to take a viacle back to Avis. And its so easy to say Avis will bill me with you agents negligence. Please sort this out with your agent because I wont take responsebilty for this. Because he did not tell me to take a car back until I called to extend.

Clint did inform you on the email attached that the extension of the rental was declined by management?
Please see attached email?
On your current claim you qualify for 30days rental and we provided much more than this to assist with your claim.
Your mechanical damages were confirmed to be wear and tear and not due to the incident and we also assisted you with a rental whilst that investigation was being done.
Until our specialist confirmed that the damages were wear and tear, Clint sent you the attached email on the 06 April that management has declined the extension of the rental.
By the 06th you were meant to have the vehicle returned, please see attached email.

The same day he sent me this letter was 1 week ahead. So please pay the money till that date because I was only informed on this day. And the other thing I didn't take the car to Renew-it, as they failed to fix my car. Even now they took my car to rectify all the mistakes they did when the were fixing my car. You guys don't have customer service. I will take this matter further since I'm not the one who took the car to Renew-it.
Please fix this because even Clint that you protecting if it wasn't for my call he wasn't going to tell me this. Because he have never communicated with me unless I call him. And I'm surprised that Clint is an agent as he told me his a manager. It means he was misleading me.

I tried calling but the line was busy.
As per our previous discussion, I have discussed the matter with management regarding the extension and they advised that due to the final findings as you will see in the report, the mechanical fault unfortunately is being rejected on our end. Please see attached letter with steps to follow if you were to dispute this decision.
You will also see the supporting report attached that stipulates the final outcome of why the rental would need to be returned.
Please also note that the rectification work is still being discussed with repairers, assessors and management at Discovery who like I mentioned want to arrange a date where they could meet with you to discuss the way forward with regards to the poor workmanship done to the vehicle and to ensure that all is taken into consideration.
Please advise on a date so I can revert back to management to set up the appointment.

Clint If my line was busy you should have sent me an email. Please guys pay the outstanding balance because it's not my mistake otherwise Im taking this to the ombudsman. I have all the proof that I was not informed about returning the rental vehicle.
