absolutely disappointing
What a shabby experience. whoever mans the whatsapp number should be assessed - absolutely rude, disinterested and unhelpful. Its either they think that students don't deserve good service, or that you need them so badly you will stomach anything, or the person is so desperately unhappy with their job. Either way they need to get better at dealing with people and come to the realisation that all businesses need people . Without people buying there is no business. i will not be returning.

Excellent service
Their service is outsanding, book arrived in good condition and I save myself R200. I placed my order on Monday the 26th and I received it on Thursday the 28th September. Also, Regilwe deserves a raise!

Excellent service

Amazing service
Such great service! I ordered my textbooks on the 6th of August and my books got delivered on a the 8th of August.. which was a SUNDAY! Usually I would never get delivery on a Sunday without paying extra but you guys sure know customer care! Will definitely be purchasing my books through you guys going forward!

I had the greatest service from Discount Textbooks! 1) The cost for the 2 textbooks, was the best comparing with other sites 2) Made an easy payment with the credit card option on the website 3) I had the books in my hands within 24 hours! https://discounttextbooks.co.za/
