Bad service Dishweb La Mercy
Be careful for Dishweb. They charged us R7 100 to install DSTV dish and DSTV. After the rain last week our second decoder had no signal. I could not get hold of Dishweb and got another person to come and check on Saturday. He showed me that a mild steel Dish was installed. We are next to La Mercy Beach and it will definitely rust. Surely if you charge R7 155 you will install a stainless steel dish. Or advise the client that it will be better to install a stainless steel Dish which was not done. There was no cover on the unit on the dish arm for signal and that caused the no signal. We had to pay R450 to the other person to fix it. I did phone the La Mercy office and the lady said that she will investigate and phone me back. Still waiting for her to call me back. I am really dissapointed in the type of service received from this branch of Dishweb.

Be very Careful! Ill-bred owner of Dishweb DSTV Installers
After the DSTV installation quote was accepted they did the installation. Asking for TV mounting I was not quoted and they charged me a ridiculous R650 extra, I told them to take the R20 *****s/plugs out (which I paid via eft) but they said its fine. The cash payment of R3000 agreed upon was made (I have the receipt as proof). Afterwards owner phoned back swearing and cussing myself and my wife profusely calling us "white c#nts" / "your mothers p@#s" / "my wife a *****" and many more + threatening us continuously. We luckely recorded the whole ordeal and whatsapp messages as proof. Please take my advice and stay away from this company, you will save yourself alot of trouble..

Careful
Dishweb said a call out would be R 450.00 and any equipment needed would be extra. After they arrived and tuned my decoder in they wanted to charge me R1400.00 . The installers said it was standard to charge a call out and 2 hours labour. When I inquired I had little to no response from their office until today when someone phoned me swearing and threatening me. BE very CAREFUL when dealing with them.

Very Efficient & Have Teams Everywhere
Impressed by the their presence in many areas. I wanted communal installations at my businesses in Durban and JHB, Dishweb managed to do it simultaneously because they have teams everywhere. That is reliability at its best
