They dont even the single star. I am extremely disappointed with Disney Plus’ service. I have been waiting since the 2nd of August for a refund, and despite repeated assurances that it was “logged” and would take 7–10 days, nothing has been paid back. It has now been 20 days of chasing them, with excuse after excuse and no accountability. Even when I called the call centre, I was told there was no manager available to escalate my issue.
This level of incompetence is unacceptable. Customers should not have to keep following up for money that rightfully belongs to them. I am disgusted by this service and have decided to cancel my entire subscription. Disney Plus has completely failed in customer care and professionalism.
