I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. My order was delivered to the wrong address, despite the fact that I had provided an explicit delivery address. To make matters worse, my recipient had to drive all the way to the incorrect location to collect the gift, as your team was being difficult about rerouting the delivery to the correct address. This is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the level of service promised. Disgusted by this service
They dont even the single star. I am extremely disappointed with Disney Plus’ service. I have been waiting since the 2nd of August for a refund, and despite repeated assurances that it was “logged” and would take 7–10 days, nothing has been paid back. It has now been 20 days of chasing them, with excuse after excuse and no accountability. Even when I called the call centre, I was told there was no manager available to escalate my issue. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. Customers should not have to keep following up for money that rightfully belongs to them. I am disgusted by this service and have decided to cancel my entire subscription. Disney Plus has completely failed in customer care and professionalism.

Clicks keeps rotten stuff on the shelfs. we bought a deli biltong pack yesterday and when I opened it today it was hard and has white patches. when i checked the date on the sticker its best before date is 30/7/2024 and this was still on the shelf for sale to customers a month after expiry
MTN is such a pathetic service provider. Their agents have been sending me from pillar to post they dont know what they doing and they all supposedly escalate the issue to finance to resolve but it is never resolved and they keep cutting my line. This is so upsetting, and they escalated to head office who was going to call me to resolve this but no one from head office called and Im still unable to use my phone because they cut me off. I will gladly port to another network than endure this bull from MTN
Makro is proving more *********** day by day, every time i order there's always items cancelled out of stock and these are essentials that they should know by now that should stock in abundance because Month end people will buy their specials. but more excruciating is their call Centre agents who are just as *********** and rude as well a girl called Hope Msimango very rude and clueless and dont know how to do their job when you call to get assistance, hold on line for long than to be given ****ty service. Its January now and im still fighting to get my November refund from Makro. Im moving over to Game as a customer i will not tolerate this nonsense anymore and I want my money.
I had A lovely cozy evening at the Grillhouse. The environment was well set up and breath taking. They have a beautiful view in the evening, soothing sounds and amazing steaks paired with exceptional wines.
A beautiful and inviting set up. They have lovely food and generous portions. The staff is also on point and always kind.
The ambience in this restaurant is everything. Always so calm and soothing. The food is aaaaaamazing and the staff is over the top. Its my go to place for a good treat
I actually give it 0 rating. I was pregnant and planned on doing a ******l birth , but because my first birth was a c-section i had to get a private midwife and DOULA. So i approached Chrissie smith schuler of beautiful births and beginnings which was the biggest mistake ever. Shes a heartless con artist. I had a complication with my pregnancy and had to do another c-section, so i ended up not using her services. I asked her for a portion of my fee back seeing that I didn’t use her service and she refused offering to do useless post visits to massage the baby. I didn’t pay for massages there’s Spas’ for that and i don’t need that. She went on to block me from all communications platforms running away from paying me. So im warning you , do not use her she’s a con artist, a wolf in sheep skin. Wasted so much money that could be used for baby essentials
