i caution you to do business with ditholo game lodge. I had to cancel my booking which i made for 01/11/2018 due to other things. upon booking i was told i would get my deposit back if i cancelled before the 24th October , i cancelled on 03/09/2018 and still haven't received my money instead they are now sending me from pillar to post. they keep telling to send banking details and proof of cancellation to ********** but they never get back to me, i doubt they even check these emails. i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as i am not impressed with the establishment and i think they are in the business of scamming people. Dont make a booking with them if you know whats good for you

The Homeowners association does not manage any of the privately owned accommodation properties and it is the responsibility of the owner of the property is to ensure that his / her guests abide by the rules of the Estate. It is unfortunate that you did not enjoy your stay, but we recommend that you contact the agent or member you made the reservation with to raise your complaint.
