I received great service from Trisha Govender of Debt Rescue. She facilitated my clearance certificate process with integrity and made the process easy , providing constant feedback. I would definitely recommend her as ahe takes pride in her work.
I am very disappointed at your terrible service. phoned in on 0860 555544 and pressed option 3 for fundi card enquiries. the lady who was assisting me by the name of Busisiwe Mgaga was very rude. She sounded very condescending and could not even wait for me to finish my sentences. when I asked her questions she was very quick to dismiss me telling they have no personal relationships with students I must speak to NFSAS. It makes me wonder why is she working for Fundi if she can not work with people.
I had the worst experience ever at tribes restaurant on the 18 October 2019. our waiter by the name of Obed was very rude from the beginning.my friend and I asked for water while we were still waiting for the other so we could order, He literally threw the water at us. His attitude is just bad and I don't know how he can be working in the hospitality industry if he doesn't like working with people...or is it how everybody working for tribes treat customers??? my friends who were there for the first time to try out the restaurant were very disappointed and swore never to go there again, I don't blame them after the way Obed behaved.
I USED THE SECURE CHAT TO REVERSE A DEBIT ORDER ,THEY MADE ME WAIT FOR A RESPONSE FOR MORE TAN 4 HOURS FOR A RESPONSE ONLY FOR THEM TO END MY CHAT BECAUSE I WAS NOT ONLINE WHEN THE PERSON FINNALY WANTED TO ASSIST ME....THIS WAS ON SATURDAY THE 26TH OF OCTOBER.I TRIED AGAIN ON SUNDAY AND AFTER 2 HOURS I WAS TOLD THEY DO NOT DO REVERSALS ON SUNDAYS.TODAY S MODAY THE 28TH OF OCTOBER I SPENT MORE THAN AN HOUR ON THE PHONE LISTENING TO AN ANSWERING MACHINE BECAUSE AGAIN TODAY NO NE IS ATTENDING TO MY CHAT SINCE 8H30 THIS MORNING.FNB IS GIVING US TERRIBLE SERVICE AND YET THY ARE CHARGING US A LOT MONEY.I DONT KNOW WHY THEY MUST TELL US ABOUT SECURE CHAT SERVICES IF THEY KNOW THEY ARE NOT WORKINGIM DISSAPOINTED AT FNB AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE EVER
i caution you to do business with ditholo game lodge. I had to cancel my booking which i made for 01/11/2018 due to other things. upon booking i was told i would get my deposit back if i cancelled before the 24th October , i cancelled on 03/09/2018 and still haven't received my money instead they are now sending me from pillar to post. they keep telling to send banking details and proof of cancellation to ********** but they never get back to me, i doubt they even check these emails. i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as i am not impressed with the establishment and i think they are in the business of scamming people. Dont make a booking with them if you know whats good for you
