I have since been approved for accommodation for my son . I was assigned to a consultant everytime I call no answer and requested a cancelation letter which I submitted had allocated funds to wrong accommodation. Now on Friday they said manager will contact me nothing still WhatsApp no response and my son has been sent out of res . I am struggling with a wayforward. Anza doesn't even answer my calls . What is happening. This is my last resort. They say it's paid but wrong place..

I had two study accounts with them. After I paid up my accounts, their call centre agents refused to send me my paid-up letters. They demanded that I give them my account number, as they must check how much I have in my account. I have been requesting those letters from mid February 2026, but till now, on 11 March 2026, I have not received them.

If you're a municipal work and aren't part of SAMWU your application will be canceled. They should state that before processing ones application and have them sign a contract. This canceled application is communicated by sms, which is suspicious. I'm of the thought that they'll debit my account seeing that they have my particulars and a signed contract.

Worst experience ever. My mom has active application with you guys and the registration due date is tomorrow but you still have agents going offline before the said working hours and no update was provided regarding the application. Thanks Fundi, i will not be furthering my studies due to *********** staff that don’t work efficiently.

ANOTHER DEDUCTION OF R1 674.36 SCHEDULED FOR 13 FEB 2026. THIS IS *******. I AM PAYING FOR SOMETHING I CANCELLED. THIS IS NOT ON AT ALL. I recently made online application with Fundi for study loan, most communication took place via WhatsApp, with few discrepancies from the company., which seemed ***** for me. I received what is termed confirmation slip of Approval of the loan, but the availablity of that loan doesn't show on Fundi's official website at all. The lady and guy assisting vanished after completion of the application. I am fearing that something is really wrong

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. My studies were cancelled July 2025, yet I am still being charged. In fact, four months’ worth of fees totaling R6 697.44 was deducted from my account, despite the cancellation. I have contacted your call centre multiple times to resolve this issue, but I have received no assistance or resolution. Now i am being harrased because the debit order did not go through. ( For what am i paying if studies was cancelled with Regenesys) I am requesting that the amount of R6 697.44 be refunded back into my account immediately. It is unacceptable to continue charging for a service that has been cancelled, and the lack of support from Fundi has only added to my frustration. This matter needs urgent attention, and I expect a prompt resolution.
