I am totally appalled by an institution of this caliber with how unprofessional they are. I have cancelled my studies way before their 7 day policy with my student advisor. I have sent numerous emails in July 2025 to cancel my studies. I have been told by Fundi Regenesys will not refund them their money i must pay back the R50 000 because i have not cancelled before the 7days. Money i do not have. They are very quick to register you .
ANOTHER DEDUCTION OF R1 674.36 SCHEDULED FOR 13 FEB 2026. THIS IS *******. I AM PAYING FOR SOMETHING I CANCELLED. THIS IS NOT ON AT ALL. I HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO WITH THAT MONEY AND ITS SO DEPRESSING TO SEE HOW YOU CAN JUST SCHEDULE A DEDUCTION FROM MY PAYSLIP. I AM URGENTLY ASKING YOU TO CANCEL ALL SCHEDULED DEDUCTIONS AND RE-PAY MY MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT....
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. My studies were cancelled July 2025, yet I am still being charged. In fact, four months’ worth of fees totaling R6 697.44 was deducted from my account, despite the cancellation. I have contacted your call centre multiple times to resolve this issue, but I have received no assistance or resolution. Now i am being harrased because the debit order did not go through. ( For what am i paying if studies was cancelled with Regenesys) I am requesting that the amount of R6 697.44 be refunded back into my account immediately. It is unacceptable to continue charging for a service that has been cancelled, and the lack of support from Fundi has only added to my frustration. This matter needs urgent attention, and I expect a prompt resolution.
I bought a Conti 300w power station at Game Zevenwacht Mall round about 6months ago. Just to discover it does not work. Since loadshedding kicked it really helped alot. On 6January 2024 I took it back to the store and was advised it's still under warranty it will be fixed. I will get an sms when the device is booked in. It's 13 January 2024 today and still awaiting on a sms. I have called the store numerous times and was advised to wait on this sms wich I have been doing.
You take out a funeral policy to give your loved ones a dignified funeral. I have logged my claim on 23/05/2023 and I'm still waiting for my claim to be paid out. I have made unnecessary loans in the mean time to bury my brother. You have to deal with the death of a loves one and you get this pathetic service. I never had this problem with OLD MUTUAL . I keep on doing calls to them with not getting proper feedback. And they say claims can take up to 48hrs I TOTALLY DISAGREE. IM MOST DEFINITELY GOING TO CANCEL MY ENTIRE POLICY WITH THEM.
I bought a Math Excellence book on 27/02/23 including delivery just to find out that the book and packaging will take between 2-4 days. When I called back the next day 28 Feb the girl informed me the invoice was not ready so the book cannot be dispatched and it will take about a few days. I then informed her that I will collect the book because my son requires the book urgently for school. When I picked up the book 01/03/23 I was informed according to company rules I cannot get my delivery money wich i have paid for back. Life is already so expensive here petrol went up again . This is unexceptable. Firstly they don't have a cooking clue how to work with clients. If I knew I would have gotten this service I would never used Caxton Books. I will inform my son's school about this pathetic service deliver.
The level of service received from this company while going through emotional stress to lay my husband to rest. He passed on 19 Nov 22. I called the call center 21Nov 22 to process the claim. After not being contacted I called them after the funeral just to find out the claim was registered as a accident claim. I ran out of airtime and had to call back to explain my situation. The level of service received was pathetic. I was then only informed their waiting period is 12months and not 6months for natural causes. I only made 8 consecutive payments. A real shock because I was not aware of this long waiting period. On the adverti*****t on their website they also don't include the waiting period so when you sign up you are misinformed about everything.
