Romantic, quite and loved/
We had an amazing night at the Tribes in Emperors Palace, the service was great and we could get to a quite spot. I love the music they placed and just the relaxed atmosphere was good. No screaming kids running around and not noisy video games being played in your ears. The food was definitly 12/10 experience. I loved the creme bruleu the most but that was my highlight of the evening. Please if you want a great romantic eve out for two this is an experience in a life time,

We had an amazing night at the Tribes in Emperors Palace, the service was great and we could get to a quite spot. I love the music they placed and just the relaxed atmosphere was good. Beautiful setting in trendy Emperor's palace. The food is always great and staff are always welcoming and friendly.

****roaches in restaurants
Ok, I promised myself I would not go to this level, but seeing that it has now been 11 days since the incident and Andreas from Tribes did not come back to me, I have decided to post this on Tribes Facebook page On 23/12/2021, my husband, my son and myself had dinner at Tribes. About 2/3rds through our meal, I looked up and saw a ****roach walking on tge wall in the restaurant area where we were sitting. I pointed this out to two waiters, both who would've called the managers - I am still waiting I then did not want to make a scene in the restaurant - which I could've done - I could've gotten up and walked out refusing to pay, but because my husband and son asked me to leave it, I just pushed my plate back and took the food left on my plate for my dogs - I paid a damn expensive bill for the food. - R1400 for 3 people I then sent a message on Facebook messenger and Andreas contacted me The screenshots posted below is the conversation between us. Please tell me if you think this is fair

Bad Manners and Bad Service
Had the worst experience ever absolutely rude staff and management so he said he was but could not even speak proper English or understand it for that matter. Made a booking online for Christmas had 3 confirmations and then I get a rude email from tribes that they can't accommodate me. I phoned them and was guaranteed a spot only to be told 2 days later that it was not happening when I asked to speak to a manager Patrick took the call and was so uninterested in what I had to say he even had the audacity to ask me if I put my details online and basically called me a liar about phoning in. I would never go there again. Sad that these places need the business to stay open and they treat people that want to support them so badly. That's why our country is going up in smoke

Had the mushroom starter and seafood pasta on mother's day. It was AMAZING. The restaurant is clean and cozy. Staff are adhering to the safety protocols. Service was great. They never disappoint.
