Bad hair and experience :-(

I first purchased hair from them in 2018 (at their clear water home/office) great quality at a competitive price. was extremely happy with my purchase.

2019 I then came across a curly wig on their facebook page, I purchased the hair (at their rand ridge branch) and it looked nothing like the hair that was advertised, I was promised 24 inches and recieved a 20 inch wig and after the first wash I noticed that the hair wasnt of great quality as my other wigs. I had to apply more products and brush continuously which was strange for the quality that was promised. I have purchased hair for over 12 years and this was by far the worse hair I own. I did address this with the owner and she responded by basically blaming me and how I couldnt treat hair.

2020 I could not resist a deal that popped up on my feed concerning a special they had for fringe bob wigs. I thought this would be a great gift for a friend and thought coz I had a good experience with their straight wigs i could give it another try. I contacted their cape town store (as I was around that side) to arrange and advise I would be coming. after my 45min drive I got there and learnt that that were no ready made wigs. Myself and 2 other ladies were then told to speak to the lady making the wigs (which looked very busy sewing other wigs also didnt understandy we had to speak to her and they couldnt manage internally) on when she could finish ours. They also mentioned they still had to go to the warehouse to fetch the hair. Was really disappointed as I had traveled from far and just felt it was an inconvenience.

Very disappointed dispite how proud/inspired I was of the owners entrepreneurship especially as a woman, really felt she had something good going but unfortunately my trust ends here with them, I wouldnt consider them in the future.
