I want all of my money back
Bought hair from Divine hair studio ,they sent me wrong hair and pelled off the sticker which shows what hair is the packaging ,they said i must send back the hair for a refund ,not they giveling me a run around paid R1650 plus another R120 to courier the hair to them ,they only paid R1300

Hair weaves not delivred
I have ordered hair weaves from this company in October last year 2020 till now I haven't received my parcel. They sent me from pillar to post with Aramex. Apparently my package was in the truck that was burnt during protests which I don't know the truce of it. There is no proof and no correspondence. This company dont want to pay me back my 2300 rand. They delivered parcels in Dropbox which is known to them, and aramex says those packages are not insured. I want my money back.

Hair is horrible
Devine hair studio sells horrible hair, I bought a wig from them mid November now it’s dry it sheds and tangles a lot... I went to the store the lady was rude to me I sent them an inbox still. I want my money back

Bad quality
I have bought my hair 3 bundles at divine in Vincent East London the bundles are very light they look like it’s 1 bundle and the quality is terrible

Bad hair and experience :-(
I first purchased hair from them in 2018 (at their clear water home/office) great quality at a competitive price. was extremely happy with my purchase. 2019 I then came across a curly wig on their facebook page, I purchased the hair (at their rand ridge branch) and it looked nothing like the hair that was advertised, I was promised 24 inches and recieved a 20 inch wig and after the first wash I noticed that the hair wasnt of great quality as my other wigs. I had to apply more products and brush continuously which was strange for the quality that was promised. I have purchased hair for over 12 years and this was by far the worse hair I own. I did address this with the owner and she responded by basically blaming me and how I couldnt treat hair. 2020 I could not resist a deal that popped up on my feed concerning a special they had for fringe bob wigs. I thought this would be a great gift for a friend and thought coz I had a good experience with their straight wigs i could give it another try. I contacted their cape town store (as I was around that side) to arrange and advise I would be coming. after my 45min drive I got there and learnt that that were no ready made wigs. Myself and 2 other ladies were then told to speak to the lady making the wigs (which looked very busy sewing other wigs also didnt understandy we had to speak to her and they couldnt manage internally) on when she could finish ours. They also mentioned they still had to go to the warehouse to fetch the hair. Was really disappointed as I had traveled from far and just felt it was an inconvenience. Very disappointed dispite how proud/inspired I was of the owners entrepreneurship especially as a woman, really felt she had something good going but unfortunately my trust ends here with them, I wouldnt consider them in the future.

Been to their branch in Durban to buy the hair they had advertised,it turned out to be the worst mistake evern so the hair i had bought comes with a 16 closure so when the lady gave it to me i saw it was to short then i asked is it really a 16,she said yes and insistead thn i asked to see a 12 and her answer was why do you want to see a 12 when you are buying a 16,i told her im not happy then i was told to come on monday to swap it for another one so they have been giving me a run around since then and they hang up on you and give false promises their service is revolting

Hair Delivery Issue
I called them today to please deliver my hair as I have been waiting since the 24th of November. I called the person from the salon and they told me I can cancel the damn order(his words) and I don't appreciate such treatment as a customer from them as service providers Divine Hair salon contact details ********** ********** 466277
