Hair weaves not delivred

I have ordered hair weaves from this company in October last year 2020 till now I haven't received my parcel. They sent me from pillar to post with Aramex. Apparently my package was in the truck that was burnt during protests which I don't know the truce of it. There is no proof and no correspondence. This company dont want to pay me back my 2300 rand. They delivered parcels in Dropbox which is known to them, and aramex says those packages are not insured. I want my money back.
