I cancelled the policy tyre Angel and scratch and dent in August but Bidvest deducted money in September and October I don't know why because they refused to pay for my tyres when I hit the potholes. I then cancelled them. I want my money back
I have WiFi contract with supersonic. I reported my router that has a problem which sometimes turn on or not at all. They were making quatation for a new router as they said on our conversation. This was beginning of October when I last had conversation with them. They haven't sent any communication so far about their quotation and I am ****ed really.

I am sick and tired of bidvest tyre insurance. They called me on Friday for my refund. I have sent the proof of payment. Up until now they have never contacted me about my claim. I have a problem with tyre Angel from Bidvest. I have had a confrontation with them regarding the tyres that needed to be fixed. I ended up buying the tyre. After that, they called me asking for Dunlop to send them the documentation that they needed in order to help me, and the invoice showing that I have paid. They sent a message on Monday 31stlast week that they are processing or assessing Mt claim but as it is today the 7 th of August there is no feedback. I fail to understand how long does it take them to talk to their customer. I feel betrayed by Bidvest
I had bad experience when claiming for a damaged tyre. I want to cancel this **** of insurance. Bad experience ever when I have been with them over a year now. And now when claiming they send me from pillar to post. How can I go buy a tyre at a place where I have to drive for an hour when I have a puncture. That's ****
I made an order with cook4life and I am not sure what I really ordered because that was a long time ago. They deducted some funds in my account and I am not sure how much, but the parcel did not come and my refund wasn't made either. I am requesting that they bring back my money. Thanks
I have been waiting for paid up letters till today. They have sent an email that they will send them as soon as possible
After several attempts to contact the saya recoveries to get my paid up letters for cell c accounts that I have paid in full. They now have referred me to NBA to ask for paid up letters. Clearly this company ebjoys seeing people not getting back their financial freedom. Please help me report them. They don't answer WhatsApp messages and don't respond to the phone calls. They either drop the phone while ypu talking. Total rudeness of their agents
