BIG SCAMMERS
They advertise something diffrent to what they give you when yiu in the shoo and when you complain they tell yiu they make similar not the same as the picture they advertised and when you call to conplaun they hang up on you and ignore your texts

Been to their branch in Durban to buy the hair they had advertised,it turned out to be the worst mistake evern so the hair i had bought comes with a 16 closure so when the lady gave it to me i saw it was to short then i asked is it really a 16,she said yes and insistead thn i asked to see a 12 and her answer was why do you want to see a 12 when you are buying a 16,i told her im not happy then i was told to come on monday to swap it for another one so they have been giving me a run around since then and they hang up on you and give false promises their service is revolting
