I have placed an order on the 17th of January 2025 on a Friday. Yes on the website it says that they are closed on weekends that I understand. But it also says that a tracking number will be send after 2 working days, today is the 3rd working day and I'm not receiving any responses or tracking number. I sent an email asking what is going on with no response, texted and called multiple times no responses. On WhatsApp the company keeps going online and offline from time to time but still doesn't answer my messages and calls. I'm very unhappy with the service, I told them I want a refund but obviously they haven't rep**** back.
