Ordered three, and only received two
I ordered three colognes, and after a long wait, I only received two, and since then for over a week now, I have been trying to get some response, as to where the third order went? I am very disappointed and don't think I will be buying from them again, any time soon! Terrible service.

13 year old batches.
Legitimate products at prices too good to be true, because it is too good to be true. I ordered Issey Miyake (delivered within 5 working days) at R390, and when it arrived, I checked the batch code on www.checkfresh.com. Turns out the batch is 13 years old! And while the fragrance is still usable, it's definitely lost it's top notes, like probably 8 years ago. And due to their return policy, I'm not able to return the product as I've already opened it. The sad thing is, you can't truly check the batch number until you've opened it. There are 2 batch codes (not sure if that's suspicious), one embossed on the bottom of the box, and near impossible to read without taking of the cellophane wrapper. The other is at the bottom of the bottle. Both checked out at the same date. Fragrances are passed useful date after 5 years or so, depending on how they're stored. A friend recommended the site to me. She's a Tommy fan and hasn't had the same issue as I have. Good luck!

Very bad service
I ordered my items last week Friday 28th Feb 2025. The promise was that the items would be delivered to me in 2 - 4 working days but I still haven't received them after 6 working days. This is very disappointing.

Very bad service

Divine Scent - Exceptional Service
Excellent Service. Bought a few times from them. Once on an order, a bottle was short but it was delivered the next day. Perfumes are the same fragrances as when you buy from expensive shops.

Bad service, potential ****
I have placed an order on the 17th of January 2025 on a Friday. Yes on the website it says that they are closed on weekends that I understand. But it also says that a tracking number will be send after 2 working days, today is the 3rd working day and I'm not receiving any responses or tracking number. I sent an email asking what is going on with no response, texted and called multiple times no responses. On WhatsApp the company keeps going online and offline from time to time but still doesn't answer my messages and calls. I'm very unhappy with the service, I told them I want a refund but obviously they haven't rep**** back.

This company is not repute. Their products are not repute. Worst imitations ever, coloured water, no perfume! The cell no on their website is disconnected. They say they have a refund policy but never send you the address to refund, there is no address in their website. They are in my opinion ********* and absolutely out to just sell **** and get away with it.

DivineScent's products are a disgrace!
Your product is the worse imitation I have ever bought. I know perfumes, I owns 2000 original bottles, I don’t do shoes or handbags, I do perfume, and a friend convinced me to try yours. IT IS SHOCKINGLY BAD; I frequently buy imitations, parallel imports, and know them well too. I do not know where yours are from, but they are definitely not original rejects with minor flaws. Dior has never shipped a perfume in a grey inner and white outer perfume box. The perfume is not made in France as the box say and the content is so disgusting I am using it as a car perfume. I will never spray it on myself ever again!. What you are doing feel to me ********, charging R399 per bottle for this coloured water. What a disgrace!!!!!!!

Fragrances Not rejects, just ****s!
Their perfumes are not rejects, they are total ****s. Just save your money for an original bottle from the store! I tested them by buying an original chanel coco from woollies and a bottle of the chanel coco from divine scent. I spotted the difference starting from just outside the box! Not to even mention the fragrance itself, smelled nowhere near the original, and didn’t even last for 2mins! 2mins!.

Their perfumes are not rejects, they are total ****s. Just save your money for an original bottle from the store!
