THEY DO NOT DELIVER

I have purchased from them before and received my order this time, 2 weeks after being told my order has been dispatched they have not sent my order and are refusing to refund.

When following up on my dispatched order they advised they had not received stock and had not actually sent the order, I asked for a refund as my order would not be received in time and now they are refusing to assist.
