I have purchased from them before and received my order this time, 2 weeks after being told my order has been dispatched they have not sent my order and are refusing to refund. When following up on my dispatched order they advised they had not received stock and had not actually sent the order, I asked for a refund as my order would not be received in time and now they are refusing to assist.
I ordered shoes and received a confirmation of my order 27 February 2026, to date no further commutation has be received despite follow ups to their e-mail address and no good received.
Good day<br> <br> I purchased a Milex induction cooker 11 May 2015 and received it 14 May 2015, it did not work with any pot like advertised and only if the base of the pot was smaller than 15cm would a pot work not like the manual suggested a pot with a bass bigger than 15cm, the temperature would not change either.<br> I e-mailed homemark 20 May 2015 and asked to return the faulty product and they wanted me to pay R90 for the courier, i was very disappointed as i had be supplied a faulty product and i must pay. i have since requested them to let me know when it would be collected or a replacement cooker be sent, i e-mailed Homemark numerous times requesting feedback and i have had no reply.<br> <br> Buying a product from Homemark you would expect good quality and service, there is not such thing and quality or service, i will never purchase from them again as i feel as if they have robbed me.
