Why the hate? Nothing but great service.

I don't know why they get so much hate on Hellopeter. I have now placed four orders with them in the last month and the result is the same every single time: orders are processed almost immediately (even on weekends) and the tracking and shipping notifications start coming almost just as quickly - their courier partner (Aramex) also hasn't disappointed (maybe that's just in Cape Town) and orders typically arrive at my door within 3 days.

Their pricing is very reasonable and they carry a lot of stock on a wide range of products (within the electronics/making space). I haven't had to return any items, and maybe that's where things go pear shaped; but my experience has only been great.
