Bad service from DIY Geek and Segen Solar -Kodak Solar Inverter
Purchased two Kodak OG 10 inverter units from DIY Geek in February 2022.One of the units malfunctioned and was returned for repairs under manufacturer warranty in November 2022. Sege solar was not able to repair the unit.They supplied me with a refurbished unit that had multiple scratches on both the front and rear of the unit. I expressed my dissatisfaction regarding the replacement unit since it would be difficult to sell with the scratches. The unit sent in for repairs had no scratches and was in pristine condition. DIY geek was contacted on several occassions but have not resolved the matter.

You know better than anyone from the emails we've sent back an forth, that we've been trying our best to resolve this issue for you. The only thing left is to get on a plane and go see Malcolm from Segen ourseleves. He is the one that was supposed to contact you so I do understand your frustration but not this review. A review like this tarnishes our reputation and it's unfortunate that you think you have to go to this length just to make sure we do I our jobs.
