No After sales support from DIY Geek
Contacted DIY Geek support via whatsapp on 31/03/2023 at 1.14 pm. to report a problem with a Kodak Solar Inverter purchased from them. There was no response from them for hours. I questioned them about the lack of response.. I was informed that they close at 1 pm on Fridays and that the suppliers will respond on Monday. No response was forthcoming from either DIY geek or the supplier to date.

You have not explained your failure to address my problem with the inverter in spite of contacting you on two occassions via whatsapp and informing you that I will post on hellopeter.
It seems your focus is on new business with new profits and you show no care for clients who have problems with products purchased from you
