Avoid this **** company. They don't even deserve this one star!
I've always bosted and declared that I'm very wakey for ****s and that I will never fall for it. Well, well, well… Never say never. I’ve been fooled. It’s actually a compliment for whoever is running this **** site that they doing a real excellent job of getting people like me to part ways with my hardearned money just like that. I would usually check out sites like hellopeter but how I wish that I did so this time as well! So, yes I've met the same fate that the last two reviewers have. May the wheels of justice turn very fast for these guys.

Bought a drone on 12 June 2025 online from them, after payment promptly received an invoice, to date no drone and no return communication from them on email or whatsapp. Stay clear, this is a *****ulent site taking money and nothing in return.

Terrible Service from DJI South Africa
I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from DJI South Africa. After making my payment and receiving nothing but an invoice, I’ve had no updates or communication regarding my order. There’s no option to check when the item will be shipped. I’ve tried every possible way to contact them—submitted an online query, sent emails, WhatsApp messages, and even called and left messages. Yet, no response whatsoever. This is absolutely unacceptable from such a well-known brand! Pathetic customer service!

Poor Service!
There delivery states: "From the placing of the order, estimated delivery takes 3 to 7 working days" After 4 days I don't even have a Waybill They don't answer back email and don't answer there phones also!

DJI Authorised Retailer - Potential Scam: Unresponsive to communication surrounding online orders
Have been trying to follow up on the delivery of an order. Retailer is unresponsive to phone calls and emails to the support desk. Potential scam, and definitely not worth the stress associated to high value purchases.

I bought from and paid these guys on the 7th January 2021. My order is on hold since then. It's 13 January today. I wrote to them 2 times, no reply. Their online contact form does not work. Pitty they claim to be an authorised dealer. I'll wrote to DJI as well. Will I ever buy again from these guys? No. Will I recommend you to buy from them? No. The company is Brand Hubb (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2015/181834/07) They are also operating a website called Shopacer.co.za
