This store does not even deserve 1 star. I purchased a DJI drone from them — delivery was prompt, but upon testing I discovered it doesn’t even switch on as the controller is faulty. The battery has reached the end of its life, and to make things worse, the unit is still bound to the previous owner’s account so one can not use a different contolooer with it. That makes me wonder how they even purchased this unit without testing it first? I contacted the store for a return and refund — but all they are doing is dragging their feet. After more than a week, I am still stuck with a useless unit/paperweight and R10,000 out of pocket. Absolutely not recommended!

this is the worst courier company in SA!!!! The driver whatsapped me asking for my address and a pin drop? what the hell? is it not on your waybill???? and that was days ago. promised to deliver in the afternoon. also the next business day. and guess what? still no delivery! i wish there was an option to give minus stars here
I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from DJI South Africa. After making my payment and receiving nothing but an invoice, I’ve had no updates or communication regarding my order. There’s no option to check when the item will be shipped. I’ve tried every possible way to contact them—submitted an online query, sent emails, WhatsApp messages, and even called and left messages. Yet, no response whatsoever. This is absolutely unacceptable from such a well-known brand! Pathetic customer service!
This is an absolute joke! I wanted to purchase 5 different items from different stores (total value of purchase around 1200 rand). but now..... you want me to pay for shipping 5 times???? 5x160 rand for 'express' shipping (2-3 days) OR 5x137 rand for standard shipping? Thats 800 rand for shipping? That is insane! Are you people not using BobGo shipping? They charge around 30 rand per parcel? Where did the 160 rand charge come from if i may ask? How does this even make sense? Its one thing that you guys offer super low prices when purchasing the goods from cusomers and resell them for almost full retail price but making profit on the shipping? Not acceptable!
what a great idea!!!! its a pity your service sucks! in every aspect! your site/app is full of bugs, cant process any orders. the locker near me is offline most of the times. and your support system..... not even sure where to start: you can not get hold of anyone. no replies to whatsapps, calls never get answered. and the email responses are from some incompetent person who has no idea what is going on! I moved over to use this service because of the pricing and convenience but i rather go back and use my old courier company. beware guys ! you get what you pay for! Pudo is cheap - and it does not work!
I reside in Durban and on one of my previous trip to Johannesburg, I stopped at your President Square shop in Vereeniging. I purchased a secondhand camping freezer for 4050 rand (date: 24/08/2020. Tran. number: TS240820NBEL103). Item was tested and worked fine in the shop. I travelled back to Durban a few days later and left the freezer plugged in for a few days and it kept going off. Unplugged it, left it off and plugged it back again the next day. It worked for a few hours. And eventually stopped working completely. On my last trip to Johannesburg , I returned the unit to your shop (19/10/2020. Slip number 728539) and Lucky the manager explained to me that they will have to book it in for repair which will take about 4 weeks (what the hell? FOUR WEEKS????) I have explained to him that I am from Kwazulu Natal and it will be very difficult for me to come and collect this item once repairs are done and asked if it would maybe be possible to give me store credit so I could purchase something else but they said that will not be possible. So I left the freezer there and waited for the 4 weeks to pass. I did not receive any communication from your shop. Waited another week and another and another. Eventually I called them on the 17/12/2020 and asked for Lucky. He told me that he does not know what is going on with the fridge and said he will call me back shortly , just want to call the people who are doing the repair. Of course he did not call back. I called him the next day and firmly asked him to come up with a solution by the end of the day as this is not acceptable. Its been over 2 months and no one can tell me what is going on. He called me back in the afternoon and said: I have spoken to the repair guys and they assured me that the unit will be ready on Monday (21/12/2020). and guess what: no phone call, no freezer, nothing! How pathetic is that. We live in the 21st century. How can a repair take over two months????? And how can your people not know what is going on and why the item is not repaired? Your after sales service sucks! I honestly don’t want this item any more. Not even if its ready and working fine. I want a full refund without any questions asked. Pathetic service! Shame on you people! A very dissatisfied customer
I went to Postnet in morningside today to post a parcel to Adendorp using their 99 rand Postnet to Postnet service which i used 100s of times before. I was very surprised to hear that it is in fact going to cost me 304 rand??? because it is in an outlying area? your special clearly states: 99 rand, over 300 locations and ALLOW 1 EXTRA DAY FOR OUTLAYING AREAS! where does it state: Outlaying areas excluded???<br> come on guys. what a rip off is that? my courier company charges 60-80 rand for overnight deliveries pretty much all over sa. but they sadly do not cover Adendorp. not very impressed.
