I bought from and paid these guys on the 7th January 2021. My order is on hold since then. It's 13 January today. I wrote to them 2 times, no reply. Their online contact form does not work. Pitty they claim to be an authorised dealer. I'll wrote to DJI as well. Will I ever buy again from these guys? No. Will I recommend you to buy from them? No. The company is Brand Hubb (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2015/181834/07) They are also operating a website called Shopacer.co.za
