Bad experience

We have received terrible service from DLH Removals, who added extra charges of nearly R10k after they had taken our stuff and then took items off the truck before delivering some of the items to us; these are being held by them in storage until we pay (which we are refusing to be held to ransom by them). We have lodged this with the Ombudsman. It turned out that DLH aren't even a moving company and they use Intertrans to do the removals, so they are just a middle-man. DLH always report any poor scores to get them removed, so their score is inflated. I would avoid them and find a reputable moving company.
