Over charge on trips

Been traveling with the train from centurion to Hatfield daily for the entire month of May. Paid with my virtual card in and out everyday. Paying R49 in and R49 out.. now had R260 taken from my account. Called in and was told this happens if you use two dof methods of payment. Which I didn't. Called the help line and said I should request a refund. To date have not heard anything.
