DCM call centre agents INCOMPETENT - THREATENS without proof!!!!

DCM threatens with FURTHER legal action for R 344.50 on my overdue TV license. When I asked why have I been handed over if I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED ANY NOTICE of TV License renewal. The incompetent "woman" if I can call her that, couldn't even provide me with the REQUESTED proof that she claims SABC DID in fact send me emails. THREATEN ME AGAIN AND YOU WILL FACE THE CONSEQUENCES - DCM group of useless, incompetent idiots!
