DMC
I was handed over to DMC by Truworths last year. They phoned me we did make arrangements for monthly payment. All good and well they stop the deductions in 2024. Phoned there recovery department they told me that I'm not on there system they don't find anything of me. Phoned Truworths they say DMC Recovery must have on there system. All I need is a pay up letter because they still flag on my credit status. The DMC marketing department also told me that I need to talk to recovery.I don't know what to do. I need to clear that flag because it's affecting my credit score.

Bas service and my payment is not updated
I made a payment on the 25th of February 2023 of R600 my account is still not updated,I am tired of calling , logging queries and chatting on WhatsApp as no one is assisting me it's already half way in the Month but my payment has not been updated

Poor customer service from DMC repayment
I have requested the proof of my payment from them and they told me they will send it to me I'm still waiting 2 months now but when they asked me to repay another account of mine they were quick to send me the banking details of them to repay them I'm now at this point I must make another payment at the end of the month which I have doubts about repaying them just because of their bad service quick to get something from you but very slow to respond to your demands

Taking advantage of poor people
Hi my name is sbusiso nkosi there is a company called DMC 990 appearing on my profile that say i owe them R5500 of which i dont kno where is this coming from dated 11 jan 2016 i havent been working since 2012 my markhams acc was cleared longtime ago, I was chatting with someone called musa to explain to me i tried calling was unable to get hold of him/her to my suprise i received an invoice stating i must pay R4950 before the first of August, am not working since my last job 9 years ago only had part time job in 2015 this is very sad the last time i checked my acc was cleared make, CAN YOU PLEASE CLEAR MY NAME

Debt Collectors Harassments
I had taken out a loan with Electric Express some years around 7 years id say in which i was paying every month until the company had liquidated i had not been contacted or received any form of communication in which to say that there was another company that took over or to where i now needed to pay the outstanding balance of R2000. Its been years and i now receive a call from a DMC consultant demanding i pay them R10 000 for this account. They had sent their consultants to my previous residence claiming to see me with no ID documentation of who they where they where given my cell number and asked to contact me as i no longer live there, upon this i had a female consultant watsapp me and harass me on whatspp. With all due respect i do not think i am liable for the outstanding balance of this loan as i was not made aware of the company closing down nor was i asked to pay the outstanding amount to any other company. Please can this be sorted out as this debt was supposed to be null and void due to it being over 5 years you guys cannot be claiming from me now this was supposed to wiped out as of the new law.

DCM call centre agents INCOMPETENT - THREATENS without proof!!!!
DCM threatens with FURTHER legal action for R 344.50 on my overdue TV license. When I asked why have I been handed over if I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED ANY NOTICE of TV License renewal. The incompetent "woman" if I can call her that, couldn't even provide me with the REQUESTED proof that she claims SABC DID in fact send me emails. THREATEN ME AGAIN AND YOU WILL FACE THE CONSEQUENCES - DCM group of useless, incompetent idiots!

<p>I have been receiving calls from DCM since 2010, even at as early as 6 am! Saying that I owe money! After complaining on HelloPeter about three years ago, they stopped calling me, and now, the calls started again. They even phone my daughter in law and demands money from her! She's never even had an account with ANYONE in her whole 21 years on this earth.. She has never even been employed! This needs to stop before I take legal action!! This is SERIOUS harrassment!!</p>
