I just want to share that my daughter has been over charged by this network on her contract she has been billed for a number which she didn't even have and then got bad customer service regarding this dispute how do I get about to get in contact with the right people because the call centre and the branch at Table bay mall can't help me properly this people is getting away with ****** and then told my daughter that she must pay the bill even though she doesn't have that SIM card I can send all the proof and then they tell her that they can't reimburse the money that she had pay over R5500 in just 3 months and her SIM card is even been blocked
My WiFi fibre has been off for 3 days I have contacted them through theirs WhatsApp channel and theirs phone number and they are just off line I have send email to octotel still waiting for them their customer service is pathetic and the only problem is my LOS is a red light they just need to connect my internet service I pay them every month this is supersonic WiFi fibre for you
I was just on the phone with a call center agent for 20min just to achieve nothing my xtra view decorder shows installation wizard and they cant even fixed it in 20 min I'm so disappointed in the poor service i have received we as customers pay them alot of money then you must buy airtime their WhatsApp sevice cant even help you i have tried their online service as well they dont even consider to phone you back seem that they know my problem is not fixed really poor service
I have requested the proof of my payment from them and they told me they will send it to me I'm still waiting 2 months now but when they asked me to repay another account of mine they were quick to send me the banking details of them to repay them I'm now at this point I must make another payment at the end of the month which I have doubts about repaying them just because of their bad service quick to get something from you but very slow to respond to your demands
I have been phoning them Every day since last week Monday just to phone me in connection with the new price lock deal and I'm still waiting for someone to call me this is not right
