I've paid an account in full with DMC and they delaying my paid up letter. Payment made 6 days ago and have proof of payment
I was handed over to DMC by Truworths last year. They phoned me we did make arrangements for monthly payment. All good and well they stop the deductions in 2024. Phoned there recovery department they told me that I'm not on there system they don't find anything of me. Phoned Truworths they say DMC Recovery must have on there system. All I need is a pay up letter because they still flag on my credit status. The DMC marketing department also told me that I need to talk to recovery.I don't know what to do. I need to clear that flag because it's affecting my credit score.
I have a problem with my wifi line was suspended but I made a payment on the 9th 2025 my line is still off vuma tells me because i used easy pay to make payment they cannot trace the payment they don't no we're the money went and every time I go on the whatsapp line with them and sms me just to tel me i must make a payment to reconnect my line but they cannot tell me were the money is I asked them to asked someone to call me who can asisst me in this matter but nobody has call me or sms me to say you line has been activated and getting angry buy the min.........So if you can help me I'll be very pleased

I've been struggling with web Africa since I sign up with them as the wifi network but for the last couple month i have struggling with my wifi network and in September my line was switch off and we made a payment on the 22th of September and the never switch on my wifi and iam still waiting on my my refund from the every time i told that i must wait 24 to 5i houers and everytime I go on what up with them I get the same old story and i had now more then enough off them so can you please issue the matter with ill be very great full if you can issue this
Iam not happy the why cell c device insurance handle the matter after they give me the run around and that my replacement device is o its way and I've never received it from the and that they handed me over for none payment but iam keep on asking them what has happened to my claim

I was informed by 2 people that I've inherent money that some left for me an I still have the emails that we shared but I must pay in an additional 1500 show that the claims can go through and I'll get the money
