I would like to say Thank you very much to Devashin Narainam from Tongaat mall he is exceptional, puts customer needs first. He made our experience so seamless and full of understanding and support with the support of his manager Ayanda.
The lady ***ner) posted on Facebook stating she's selling hair for R300, she said had initially baught the hair for herself. She created an impression that the hair is readily available, I reached out to her on WhatsApp and I made two payments on the 12th of Jan, R300 for the hair and R110 for paxi, she later asked for my code, I sent a screenshot of my closest pep. Then she went quite, I have been following up every week the lady ***ner) initially she send she would send the item on a Friday (Jan) that never happened, when I follow up she refers me to check her status. Poor customer service , she lacks providing clarity or honest feedback and is misleading. I regret purchasing from her and wish I could recieve my refund at this point I'm tired of following up and waiting it's been over a month.
Bad service from Nuri Sushi N1 city I ordered two hours ago the Mr D driver had to cancel my order because he waited long at the restaurant
I ordered 16:30 and after waiting for two hours my order was failed and I was given 100 for the wait that doesn't cut it I'm hungry what's point of paying for convenience
I transfered R1130 on the 30th of September to a Standard bank account, that amount has not posted till today I called last week was told they will open a missing money investigation but there's no update yet I was charged R6 immediate payment fee and worse of all the money is missing. I need my money back
Received bad service from McDonald's N1 city drive through the ladies who work night shift are not professional at all. The lady who took our order was impatient and also captured the order incorrectly and they kept speaking in Xhosa stating we ate not used up eating McDonald's. I took out a person loan for 6 months I paid it up end of May however FNB keeps charging me monthly service fees on a paid up loan and they send me notifications that I'm in arrears. Why am I paying service fees on a paid up loan? What are they for? I want to bhe refunded the money for June and July and August fees must be removed

I decided to go and donate after my night shift, I was tired and hadn't eaten.. The team leader Lorna took real good care of me.. She allowed me to have a snack before I donated blood, she followed up by checking up on me to make sure I was okay.. What stood out for me was the way she welcomed me, she had a beautiful smile on her face and she was professional, courteous and warm.. She is indeed an amazing human being.. Thank you Lorna from the Long Street Blood center in CBD
Shout out to Mihle at the Tygervalley Mall Kauai store.. she gave me such great service and educated me on the importance of getting the app.. Her customer service is impeccable
