I was at the Discount Fashion store Centurion Mall. I took a white zip top to try on. The floor attendant came to tell me I am not allowed to try the top on since it is a white color. As my make up will smudge the top. I suggested she then give me the same top in a black to try it on, instead she tells me to go home try the top on and bring it back if it doesn't fit. Does it make sense to tell me I cannot try the top on in store but to tell me to purchase it and take it home to try it on, what is the difference in that ? I live far from the mall I cannot drive up and down.

Good day. I would love yo know why DMF decided to move firstly from Mall@Csrnival, then from Boksburg. We are now left eith no option at the far east rand but to spend money travelling to get to the in store.

My Lay-by expired and I was not notified about it, and did not even know about an expiration date. The least you could do as a corporate company is a courtesy call to say that the lay-by is about to expire can you make a payment or your item will be put back into stock. I am very disappointed as I wanted this item hence putting it on lay-by. I am a frequent shopper at DMF so NO FOLLOW-UP was very surprising, as I am used to good customer service in this branch. The branch I went to was The Glen Shopping Center.

My Lay-by expired and I was not notified about it, and did not even know about an expiration date. The least you could do as a corporate company is a courtesy call to say that the lay-by is about to expire can you make a payment or your item will be put back into stock. I am very disappointed as I wanted this item hence putting it on lay-by. I am a frequent shopper at DMF so NO FOLLOW-UP was very surprising, as I am used to good customer service in this branch. Bought some items at a store that is written DMF that I was used to buy from them and turn to find out on the till they have to punch on two different stores and they took.mlre than 30mins to a point I said I have to go pick up my son and they gave me the shoes without slip and they took the cash. It happens the slopes does not fit my Son had to return to them,they said I should look for something in the store.They don't refund.I looked the entire shop and turn to find out the jean I had took its from "different store"??Where do I come in with store having two stores?Had to find out they are Creative store of which I don't buy from that store.Why are they trading on a DMF advertised store?The branding outside its written DMF yet they are creative.Thus false advertising.Now comes the issue of the slip they say they don't know about me going without a slip and were on my case?Luckily the cashier guy remembered and took my slip out of the till and I didn't get a sorry from the Cashiers and the manager?The manager was the one quarreling with me?Where is your expertise dear manager?Customer is always right and if she doubted that I was not given the slip.she should have simply gone and checked the cameras for day.Clearly the manager is not well trained,she needs training. Pls sort out the store branding and issue of two stores in one store.Aikhona mani!! This is unacceptable!!

Used to shop here all the time for myself and for presents and it was the only place that you could get affordable international brands. A lot of customers feel the same way, please bring back the old brands or more brands. I'm personally not a fan of the DMF brand, the material and workmanship is not great. There are now only a few items that are from international brands and the store has overall lost its appeal. Please bring back the old stock! It was like Christmas everyday. Please compare sales from then vs now.

27 Oct 2022, 11:12 Complaint - fabric falling apart I bought a skirt at Dmf clearwater, git home and realised it was big, went to return the garment and was told j can only exchange, as they don't not do refunds on sale items - I was in a rush and said I'd come back whenni have time and look for an item to exchange for. So yesterday evening 26/10/2022 a little after 6pm, I went into the store and searched for an item to exchange for, found a top did the exchange and went home. The item had a moist / storage smell, so I decided to wash in fabric softener, hung the item over night in my bathroom. This morning the item is dry, but now it has so much of fabric damage and stretches, I cannot keep with the hopes if wearing it anytime in the future. So my issue is, why sell items that are ready to fall apart? Also does this mean I need to make a forth trip to the store, over an issue linked to the original purchase? Can some from the store contact me with a solution please.

I bought a perfume for my birthday on the 22 September 2021 RiRi by Rihanna at DMF Eastgate.When I got home I opened the perfume and sprayed it on, the perfume does not last longer than 10 minutes, it fades off as if your not wearing any perfume. Disappointed I returned it and requested a refund, the cashier called the operations manager of Dmf DARREN PADAYACHE on the 16 October 2021 I told to him about the perfume and it's defects, he said they do not take returns on perfumes. That he will contact the supplier and get back to me to this day I have not heard from DMF or the operations manager. I am very disappointed in their customer services I mean surely when one buys a product that has defects and cannot be used for the purpose it is intended for those are grounds for a refund.

Visited the DMF store at the Glen Mall on Saturday 15 May 2021. I have to say that the staff are absolutely terrible and have no consideration for the customer. I asked a few staff members about an item of clothing that was on display (one a manikin). There were a few staff members bunched together and chatting at the tills. They firstly looked at me as if I was disturbing them then one proceeded to tell me “what you see is what you get” I then stated “yes, but I would like to know where the item was on the racks” and she again said “what you see is what you get!” Absolutely rude and horrific service to say the least. There were a few staff members that were standing and chatting at the tills and no one bothered to provide any assistance or even to just be polite to me “the customer”.
