This company operates under *****. To lur the public into thinking they assist with low cost housing solutions. I received a WhatsApp from Gudani - number - 0786048958. When i simply asked him for his credentials and business registration he rep****, ''Good bye '' This is a big red flag that this is indeed a business operating under *****. This should be investigated.

Poor customer service
I was at the Discount Fashion store Centurion Mall. I took a white zip top to try on. The floor attendant came to tell me I am not allowed to try the top on since it is a white color. As my make up will smudge the top. I suggested she then give me the same top in a black to try it on, instead she tells me to go home try the top on and bring it back if it doesn't fit. Does it make sense to tell me I cannot try the top on in store but to tell me to purchase it and take it home to try it on, what is the difference in that ? I live far from the mall I cannot drive up and down.

The doctor on Duty with her one droopy eye is so way out with her diagnosis She is not really qualified She was not friendly at all She was more interested on screening me up and down with her eyes than actually being concerned about my health She should not be a doctor I struggled for a week to get my sick note for work Highly unprofessional Won't reccomend them for anyone I felt as though I'm in a government facility The Dr on duty KRUYSHAAR useless *****

Highly disappointed
Good day I have a complaint regarding an order I placed about two weeks ago with Romans Pizza Laudium Branch. It was an order for delivery. First of all Romans Laudium has my profile and my order contact details for many years. I am a regular customer. In the evening I waited for our delivery to arrive, I went to our residence entrance gate 3 times to receive our order from the driver. I waited over an hour for the order, It seems the driver went to the wrong delivery address... I received a call from the store that the driver was outside, when I went back to the Gate there was no driver. They called me on my son's cell number which is not a number registered on my Romans profile. They should call me on my number the number they request each time an order is placed. Then they told me the driver is back at the store and that They will charge me for double delivery. I refused since they had my registered phone number and I was at the gate three times and no driver was there. This is the worst customer service ever. It is a slap in my face for all the years I supported this store. Now when I'm calling the store to place an order it seems as though they blocked my number. I have been calling the store for a few days in a row. It says '' The subscriber number is currently busy'' and this message I hear each time I call. Could you get this email to the store manager. The fault of the previous order is on their side. Not mine. F Roelofse cell no 0659062875

KFC AND MAC DONALD'S POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
We used to order from the Kfc Laudium quite often since it was convenient on the way home after work. Sadly I was informed by my son that the workers at the Kfc Laudium branch are super ******. As you walk in and they see you are white especially they spit in your food. Since hearing this disturbing news I stopped going to Kfc. I can believe this news since we live in such a high ****** country. If this is the case that the workers spit in the meals of the customers the Owners should investigate this matter. I noticed the ****** attitude of the Mac Donald's workers as well at the Mac Donald's in the Centurion Mall Pretoria. I wont be surprised if they do the same. It is sickening to think that this is even possible. Kfc and Mac Donald's are loosing business due to this ******** act and totally disgraceful customer service. I will never support these franchises again. Super unhealthy no professionalism. These workers should be fired and never hired. Shameless nation.
