Damage to structure

Contractor was asked to put shelves on inner wall in guest room. Provided own shelves and brackets. Contractor damaged the wall to such an extent that concrete fell out on the other side (room next door). When asked to review the cost the contractor made an adjustment, however it still remains too high for the quality of work. Furthermore the washing line was fixed with only one ***** and the other one which was made by the contractor came loose about two hours after the contractor left. The contractor did not show up on time at either of the arranged dates.
