Brace yourselves for a lengthy post because the plot just thickened and thickened with this store... I'll start off by saying that Dog Box SA does not even deserve a rating of ONE star. Absolutely pathetic (basically non-existent) service. No response when following up with my order placed on 19th July. I sent emails and WhatsApp messages - no response. The number on their website ALWAYS goes to voicemail. I then approached Payflex to assist in following up on my order as I had made payment using the Payflex option. They provided another email and contact number for the owner, Charles. Yet again, no response at all - phone just rings and rings, WhatsApp messages go through but no replies. I noticed that the email Payflex gave me for Charles was connected to another online store "Henlyn". Did a quick google search and tried calling them - got through to a lady who claimed she no longer works at Henlyn and has no contact with Charles. Eventually contacted someone else who worked with Charles and they gave me his mother's number - this number was also linked to the store "Henlyn" and, yet again, no answer. It appears that Dog Box SA is no longer operational and Charles is now operating under another online store called Henlyn - some of the same dog beds are advertised on their site. Extremely grateful that Payflex took action and deactivated their services for Dog Box SA. But I will never be ordering anything online again without reading reviews on Hello Peter first!
