Avoid at all costs

Completely useless from the agents to the Managing Director, Alexa Horne. They can't even do basic admin and look for any opportunity to ***** over the landlord or tenant. They hide behind their fancy marketing and offices but they are incredibly unprofessional and can't even do a half-decent job. Would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want good service from an agency.
