I don't know where to start. If this hotel worked as hard on customer service as they do on their price increases then it would maybe be a five start and not a four star hotel. Our last day at this hotel my fianc? had dropped her ring while packing. Since we had to be out at 11 and it being 10:30 with no luck at finding the ring I went to the front desk to ask if we could stay a bit longer to look for the ring, the lady just responded with \No
