***** and Many lies. Takiing money from your account without your authorisation or signing up

Have had a very good experience in the past but suddenly everything turned to sh*t after they started to take money from my account without authorisation. If you have any business here guys make sure not to use your bank cards to for anything. Imagine you are dead broke, you need food your toddler and someone sends a small amount of money to buy basics then boom out of nowhere you have paid domains.co.za without your consent. You ask them to refund and cancel the transcation they go on carousel of meaningless answers. They said we are taking money because you use card payments, if it was transfers we where not going to take money- very diabolical answer and behaviour because i signed up in 2018 using cards for a long time and not once did they take my money from my account so whamy start now and lie about it. It happened last money and i filed a complaint and told them to stop their system but again this month they take more, twice infact such that i now have a bankoverdraft.

I dont know what to do with this. Just dont start with them
