Professional and Friendly Service

Thanks to Domesticare for the replacement of our geyser yesterday. Warren called after the claim registration and indicated that the plumbers would there at around 15h00. They arrived slightly late at around 16h00, however, came with a geyser and made prompt work of the replacement. They worked very neatly, and when I insisted that they replace the geyser through the ceiling and not through the roof, they agreed without argument, even though I know that there is more space when accessing through the roof. Both the plumber and his assistant were very polite, and professional. They made sure that there was power to the geyser before leaving, which meant we could enjoy hot water last night.
