This plumber was sent by my insurance company, Momentum, to replace a geyser that had burst. What I didn't know was that these plumbers would also chop through several pipes arund the geyser and cjhange the whole layout. This has caused major problems with the hot water pressure in my kitchen. I've lived in this house for 13 years and never had a moment of trouble with water pressure before that, even after the geyser was previously changed 9 years ago. This is the first time I've had pressure issues with the hot water, and it started right after the new geyser was installed. I even paid to get my hot tap in the kitchen repaced two weeks ago, thinking that might be the problem. The plumber alerted me to the fact that it was actually a problem with the geyser. Domesticare and Momentum had no right to change the piping - they should at least have spoken to me first. They were only supposed to change the geyser. They have also now said that my entire cover for a geyser claim is depleted. I have been trying to sort this matter out for weeks but the insurers just keep sending the same useless people back to me, and they refuse to talk to me or explain what is going on. They just tell me I now have to buy a whole new pressure valve leading into my property. They even laughed at me and walked away when I asked them to please explain what has happened. It is all completely unacceptable. I consider this a form of commercial ***** and malicious damage to property.

I'd like to give a Shout-out to Domesticare. From the first time we called, we have had nothing but the Best Service. For the first time in four and a half months, I am enjoying a HOT bath. A Big Thank You Domesticare you Guys ROCK!!!

Thanks to Domesticare for the replacement of our geyser yesterday. Warren called after the claim registration and indicated that the plumbers would there at around 15h00. They arrived slightly late at around 16h00, however, came with a geyser and made prompt work of the replacement. They worked very neatly, and when I insisted that they replace the geyser through the ceiling and not through the roof, they agreed without argument, even though I know that there is more space when accessing through the roof. Both the plumber and his assistant were very polite, and professional. They made sure that there was power to the geyser before leaving, which meant we could enjoy hot water last night. Much appreciated.

If there was an option for a zero star, I would give them that. I reported a leaking geyser pipe, my insurer sent Domesticare. I have two geysers in my house, Domesticare replaced the good geyser and not the burst geyser. Shortly after they left, I informed them that geyser pipe is still leaking. They ignored me for 2 months and now they say I must log a new insurance claim, yet they made a mistake and replaced a wrong geyser. These people are so pathetic, please stay away from them.

Warren just sent his people to do the work and refuse to take responsibility for the damaged they caused. When I called Warren on this he started shouting at me saying I called him a liar. Worst service ever.

If your insurance company ever assigns Domesticare, politely decline and ask for someone else. Don't keep appointments, don't accept responsibility, treat you like a liar and God help you if Warren contacts you. Arrogant, rude, disdainful. Worst of all they don't know what they're doing to the point of not switching the geyser back on when they leave. Rather have your hose flooded than let them help you.

Complete rubbish service. Replaced the bath on the property that I'm renting, and the old bath, and rubble has been left in a pile on the property after weeks and weeks. Warren is a liar and has zero courtesy or manners. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

Waiting for a report for the insurance company can payout on a burst geyser.<br> not only are we waiting on a report, they are not capable of switching of the burst geyser while we wait on their useless services.
