Reported a burst geyser on Monday the 14 march.
Its been a week already and no one has replace / fixed geyser.
They keep on blaming their contractor which is very possible as they are rude and incompetent but that's a problem to be sorted out at a later stage.
Their contractor has come to my house three times and still the geyser is leaking water and costing me a small fortune while we are having a drought in South African.
There must be more that one contractor that is available to sort out their customers?

Waiting for a report for the insurance company can payout on a burst geyser.
not only are we waiting on a report, they are not capable of switching of the burst geyser while we wait on their useless services.
Reported a burst geyser claim with Std Bank Insurance one week ago and Std Bank and myself are still waiting for a report on the burst geyser. in the meantime water has been running and they will not stop the water even though they have been to my house three times.
This is a true example of bad service and disregard to the current water crisis that we are experiencing.
Called two weeks ago for replacement blades for a body shaver. Was told they have no stock. Called again today to be told they haven received the stock yet. They are not interested in taking any of my details to call me when stock does arrive. So in the meantime I must go and purchase another shaver ' not Phillips'. Bad attitude and don't have a clue how to run a retail shop. Wake the hell up before you loose the agency.
Order from the drive through and watches them make my food with bare hand, no gloves or hair nets.
This is not acceptable especially after all the bad news I the past. Time to clean up your act.
