New year and new challenges from Makro Ordered online 30th December 2025. Received sms part of ordered would be delivered on 31st December 2025. Delivery driver sent an sms instead of calling. Because I wasn't monitoring my cell minute by minute I didn't receive it. Today received sms delivery taking place and driver on his way. Received a call from driver notifying me that he's 15km away and wouldn't deliver my groceries. Called customer service and as usual no constructive assistance.
On Sunday 26th October 2025 I made an online purchase from Pick n Pay, an amount of R740.87 was put through on my Woolworths credit card. Once the invoice was completed another amount R640.87 was also put through using the Woolworths credit card. Despite numerous calls to Pick n Pay, the R740.87 amount which is still pending has not been reversed. On Monday 3rd November 2025 I was told by Pick n Pay that the Woolworths credit card department should have reversed it. I then requested a letter from Pick n Pay to send to the credit card department. On Monday 3rd November 2025 a consultant at Woolworths Financial Department told me to send an email to authorisations@absa.co za and include the letter from Pick n Pay. When I called back to check if it was received, a consultant insisted on the case number. Now because I hadn't received the automated email with the case number, I was told she couldn't assist me. I then got my daughter to resend it on Monday 3rd November 2025. So once I could give the case number, I was told to check back with Woolworths on Wednesday 5th November 2025 if the R740.87 had not been reversed. A consultant told me she would escalate the matter when I called on Wednesday 5th November 2025. Now today Friday 7th November 2025 I contact Woolworths Financial Department because the amount is still not reversed and am told I need to go into a Pick n Pay branch and speak to the manager. Today is the 10th working day and more than R300 used on calls. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE can someone assist
Good evening Order processed on Friday. I received an email on Friday stating that My order from Coolgoodies would be delivered on Saturday. To date there's been no delivery and each call to Makro receives an answer that the matter will be escalated.
I'd like to give a Shout-out to Domesticare. From the first time we called, we have had nothing but the Best Service. For the first time in four and a half months, I am enjoying a HOT bath. A Big Thank You Domesticare you Guys ROCK!!!
Good Day I'm reaching out in the hopes that someone may assist. I'm a pensioner and have been using Makro online to purchase groceries for over a year. On Saturday 26th April 2025 I battled to place my monthly order. Called Makro customer service and was told no one else had reported this issue. My daughter then proceeded to place the order on my behalf. On Monday 28th April 2025 Makro delivered Manure or Fertilizer and 1 box which I didn't accept. (The incorrect order) and that was the start of my phone calls. Tuesday part of the correct order was delivered. It's estimated that's there's a shortage of groceries of plus/minus R300. Despite the phone calls, Whatsapp chats and emails the response to the matter is being escalated. Makro's Escalation time 24-48 working hours. It's well over 300 hours as at today's date 12th May 2025
I order 2 x slimming artifacts on the 14th November 2022. On the 25th November I checked the status of my order and found that my order had been cancelled. I had not received any communication from Snatcher regarding the cancellation. I have since sent numerous emails, of which was my bank account details (as requested). I was told it takes 3 to 7 working days for my refund to be processed. I followed up after about 10 working days as I still had not received my refund and was told that they are too busy processing new orders and that I will receive my refund. To date, it has been 16 days in November, 31 days in December 2022 and it is now the 5th January 2023 and i STILL have not received my refund!! Does anyone know who I can contact to get this resolved??
