If there was an option for a zero star, I would give them that. I reported a leaking geyser pipe, my insurer sent Domesticare. I have two geysers in my house, Domesticare replaced the good geyser and not the burst geyser. Shortly after they left, I informed them that geyser pipe is still leaking. They ignored me for 2 months and now they say I must log a new insurance claim, yet they made a mistake and replaced a wrong geyser. These people are so pathetic, please stay away from them.
I have been begging these clowns to terminate my insurance policy for more than three months now. Guess what, they have literally ignored me and continued to debit my account. How unethical?
I terminated my insurance with Rodel in May, giving them a 1 month notice as per the insurance policy terms. These people have not stopped debiting account. From here I'm going to the Ombudsman.
