THE WORST INSURANCE YOU CAN POSSIBLE GET!! DO NET GET COVER WITH THEM BEACUSE ALL THEY DO IS LOOKING FOR WAYS NOT TO PAY YOU OUT!! ALL THOUGH YOU GET A REPORT DONE AS THEY WANT THEY REQUEST YOU TO TAKE TO ITEM TO ONE OFF THEIR ASSESSORS WHO THEY PROBALLY OAY ON THE SIDE TO MAKE SURE THEY DON'T PAY OUT AND DOES NOT EVEN DO A PROPER REPORT WHAT A JOKE!! BEST OF ALL THEN THE CLAIM ASSESSOR DOES NOT WANT TO SPEAK TO ME AND DROPS THE CALL (LINDIWE KHOZA).. RODEL YOU BETTER GET YOUR STUFF IN ORDER AND ASSIST YOUR CLIENTS!!

I WOKE ON SATURDAY WITH NO HOT WATER. IN WINTER THIS IS NOT FUN. I CONTACTED RODEL 24 HR ASSIST (THEY UNDERWRITE FOR BRYTE INSURANCE) WHO INSTANTLY APPOINTED GREEN PLANET PLUMBING ATTEND TO THE PROBLEM. THE MATTER WAS ATTENDED TO ASAP AND MY HOT HOT WATER RESTORED. THE MOST INCREDIBLE PART OF THE SERVICE WAS THE SUPPORT I GOT FROM RODEL WHO PHONED ME AT REGULAR INTERVALS AND EVEN AGAIN TODAY (MONDAY) TO ENSURE THAT ALL HAD BEEN SORTED OUT TO MY SATISFACTION. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUPPORT LIKE THIS FROM ANY INSURER BEFORE AND I HAVE HAD NO LESS THAN 5 DIFFERENT INSURERS OVER THE LAST 30 YEARS. THANK YOU RODEL!!! KUDOS TO YOUR SUPPORT STAFF.

Poor service from Hollard. Informed Hollard Insurance of Rodel Administration using unqualified assessors to carry out assessments on claims. No feedback received to date. Rodel needs to be exposed. Hollard keeping mum on this issue is disgusting. Hang your heads in shame.

My father passed away on 07 April 2025 and the funeral took place on 13 April 2025. Claim not paid taking too long searching for a reason not to pay. I had a funeral cover for my father that I was paying for since 2023. First when I called they refused to send me poliy documents saying that I am not allowed to have access to the policy document because i am only a policy payer and not a policy holder, that was the first surprise. After claiming under reference number to date the claim has not been paid and no reason has been provided except the claim is still under assessment. The funeral has already taken place nobody cares to update me what is going on. The CLAIM REF: wf_591263973 sent all documents on 10 April 25. I also tried to lodge a claim through their Whatsup number provided on website but they never responded.

Claim number SAN0919-DOMEV2-00005178. Pathetic and poor customer service. Please take claims seriously and employ competent claim consultants. You guys are a bunch of clowns. Hang your heads in shame.

I have had the worst experience with Rodel Administration Services which is underwritten by Hollard Insurance. Following a car accident on 9 January 2024, the service received from Rodel has gone from bad to worse. I received zero communication while my car was in the storage yard/being repaired. Every time I requested an update phone calls and emails went unanswered. Following collection (13 February 2024) of my car from the repairer (Nu Wagon) further damage as well as poor quality repairs of the damaged area were noted. In addition, Rodel's assessment following my accident is also questionable. It seems that a physical assessment was not done and damage to my shocks was missed. I had to pay for this out of my pocket and have been back and forth about being reimbursed by the insurance company. The staff at Rodel, specifically Laverne and Zeno were less than helpful, did not return calls, respond to emails and on the one time I managed to speak to Zeno he dropped the call while I was talking to him. To date (1 August 2024) my issues have not been resolved, despite having been escalated them to the Hollard complaints department. Given the poor service received from Hollard since escalating my issues, I am not surprised at the poor service that Rodel delivered.

These guys dont take us serious at all. Its been over two years now i am following up on my claim and every now and then i get send to a new recruit to go through a tedious process. I mean this year alone i have followed up with them with no response from them for month. Can you please attend to us and pay out our claims.

I was sold a product by BMW to cover tyre damage. I was informed BMW does not administer these policies anymore and I must contact Rodel, Rodel didn’t have my details and I was told to ask BMW Auto Glen to submit the claim. Nothing was done for me and had to leave my car overnight at the dealership. I called Auto Glen this afternoon and I was told Rodel is yet to confirm cover with BMW yet I am paying a premium every month. I had taken in my car for a service at Auto Glen and I was told my tyre needs to be replaced because it’s damaged, yet I have cover that they sold me which they have given to Rodel, and Rodel employees that go on lunch without having confirmed cover since yesterday. Why are we sold these products if they can’t they can’t be of use and are being administered by *********** and useless staffers. Someone has dropped the ball here! If BMW cannot communicate with Rodel then who should? Why should I suffer this indignity as a customer?
