Very very bad donatellas Monte Casino
Very very very bad. My 94 year old grandpa had to walk very very far because people from a “private function” chased him away from the bathrooms. Thank you so much Donatellas management for not handling the situation. Everyone in the restaurant is paying for a service you don’t deliver. Do not recommended donatellas in Monte Casino. Keep away. Management does not care about customers, only money.

Thank you so much Donatellas management for not handling the situation. Everyone in the restaurant is paying for a service you don’t deliver. Do not recommended donatellas in Monte Casino. Keep away. Drunk waiter at Donatella's
Went to Monte Casino to celebrate our Anniversary. Donatella's seemed the better choice, as it wasn't as packed as the other restaurants. The waiter who assisted us was clearly intoxicated, unfriendly and clumsy. Not once did he share a smile. Not once did he display friendliness. We brushed it off that perhaps he didnt want us to see he is drunk. But he really left a bitter pill in our mouths. Not sure we will ever go there again

Poor Service and Poor Food Quality
Went out to have lunch at Monte Casino and chose Donatella's as we have been a few times before and the food was excellent. However, this passed Saturday, 13th January, we were extremely disappointed by the food and service. The waitress, Patricia, did not even bring or offer sauces, nor did she bring hand wipes after the meal. For the meal itself, the ribs had a strange aftertaste and the stir fry veggies were over salted. My partner had the chicken breasts with mushroom sauce which was just flooded in the cream sauce and could not be eaten. The food was terribly plated with zero attention to presentation, just merely slapped onto the plate. Extremely disappointing that services and food servings are not being monitored and that there is such a lack of quality control.

The best in town
Good day, I would like to compliment and recommend Donatellas to all! From the time you walk in until you leave you have an absolute amazing time! The food is phenomenal!!!! The manager, Steve, is absolutely great! The service is super sufficient. If you want to have a great night out, I highly recommend Donatella in Monte Casino. You guys are doing an awesome job!

The best in town
Good day, I would like to compliment and recommend Donatellas to all! From the time you walk in until you leave you have an absolute amazing time! The food is phenomenal!!!! Just would like to thank steve and paris for the great service at your restaurant and for the venue setting the place is amazing the food was great and the staff was awesomely friendly.<br> <br> Again thanks to steve to have sorted everything out with paris and to have made an unforgettable event.<br> <br> I recomed this restaurant to anyone and everyone steve and paris is really to of the best people to deal with.<br> <br> Welldone to dickson i recommend him to handle big events awesome staff.

how can one screw up a wedding reception like this
We had a meeting with one of the managers steve at the branch(Monday) me and my fiance made a booking to have our wedding reception there. in the meeting it was clearly stated from steve that we just had to promise 40 people to be there and that we could order of the menu. The following day the owner contacted us to say we have to order of a party menu that they have witch was already not as per agreement long story short we already got all our rsvps in order based on the information steve supplied now we have to change because your staff makes promises they cant keep to. I want to have answers today this has cause us stress now unnecessary pressure and we getting married the 5th of feb i dont think my fiance needs this either if you do the math 40 people average of 500 per person its 20k and that's still bear min. You cant make us promises and say that everything will be sorted the table seating and the food and venue and we dont need to stress and now what everything is gone too dust thanks to steve and his cleaver promises and dare call me and my wife liars this is what steve said
